Meet the Designer
Tricia Tedio-Smith has been designing luxury and custom residential interiors for more than 20 years, creating spaces that balance beauty, function, and timeless appeal. With a background in both Psychology and Interior Design, she brings a unique perspective that allows her to design environments that not only look stunning, but also feel intuitive and deeply personal for the people who experience them.
Tricia has built her career and clientele across California and Scottsdale, Arizona, collaborating with homeowners, builders, and high-end architects on projects ranging from $2M to $24M custom homes spanning 4,000 to 16,000 square feet. Her expertise covers every stage of design from space planning and construction drawings to kitchen and bath design, millwork packages, fixture and furnishing selection, project management, and installation.
Beyond design, Tricia brings a strong business acumen to each project. Her background in retail, visual merchandising, and project management allows her to approach design not only as a creative pursuit but also as a strategic investment. She specializes in delivering measurable results through design solutions that elevate lifestyle while maximizing long-term property value.
